  12. Hi all,

  14. I just bought a used Hewlett-Packard DeskJet Plus for my Amiga 2000 to 
  15. replace my old printer, and I'm trying to find out why it doesn't print:

  17.  - I'm using the HP_DeskJet printer driver, not the HP_DeskJet+.  If anyone
  18.    knows where to find it ... ?
  19.  - The self-test goes through the motions but doesn't print anything
  20.    (blank sheet), even after priming it twice.  I suspect that a new
  21.    print cartridge will solve this.
  22.  - The Big problem is that when I try to print from Final Writer v2, it
  23.    gives the message that there's "printer trouble."  The cable and port
  24.    worked fine with the old printer (a Panasonic KX-P1108?).

  26. My next idea is to find out what the correct dipswitch settings are for 
  27. this printer/computer combo.  Can anyone e-mail me the dipswitch config 
  28. or other info?  Thanks in advance.
